Refund and Returns Policy

If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt.

If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.

If you are not satisfied when you receive the item (incorrect, damaged, defective, or item not as described), please contact us asap when you get it, with the order ID or the transaction number and the reason for the return, of course with pictures when it comes to the quality issues, we will help you better.

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging with all the accessories.

We will pay for the return shipping cost for the quality issue problem, the customers need to pay for it for any other reasons.
